i’m working with the 1.0 version. is there no way to solve this problem with the 1.0 version?
i use the plugin to make a architectural school exercise…
make the module with spline-based object, then choose spline vertices and assign a surface controller. if you choose copy option, it automatically generates offset values for each vertex. you can choose different surface for top and bottom layer of vertices to achieve the truss form.

this errors appears in max 2012
parametric array 1.0 works on max 2009 /2010/2011 .

Which version are you working with?
Upgrade to 2.3 , this issue has been resolved in latest version.

when i pick the nurbsurface to add to the array, i get an error that says unknown properties in the surface.
how can i fix this?

I could make the model u taught in video…But for the jpg above, do u know how to add surface on the the truss? Thanks.
